Event Description:
Presenter: Raymond Mitchell, Licensed Clinical Counselor at Student Health & Counseling

This presentation will address the common sources of academic stress particular to graduate students, using, "life balance" concepts and stress management strategies. Participants will be given the opportunity to present real-life examples of their challenges in this area to be used to demonstrate these strategies and approaches.

In this session, you will learn how to:

conceptualize the phenomena of stress
use practical strategies to deal with procrastination
better plan and organize academic activities
create time for other important aspects of life
