Event Description:
Maxwell Museum of Anthropology presents the XXVI Journal of Anthropological Research Lecture,
“The Indian Fashion Show”: Fighting Cultural Stereotypes and Gender Stereotypes” with Nancy Parezo.
 This presentation will discuss how anthropologists have fought and reified Euroamerican stereotypes about Native Americans in their publications, lectures and exhibits.
