Saving Hearts, restarting Lives: Annual Heart Start Day

Event Description:
The Project Heart Start Course takes approximately 45 minutes and it explains four critical elements of saving lives. Students learn how to take charge when a teen or adult suddenly collapses, is choking or may be having a heart attack.The AED is demonstrated.
You can help by becoming a Heart-starter, you will learn the easier, new CPR and how to save choking victims, use the AED and recognize the signs of a heart attack.
Sessions will take place at 8, 9 and 10 a.m.
